On February 23, 24 and 25 of 2018 Muskies Canada Inc. will be holding its Annual Meeting at the Best Western Otonabee Inn in Peterborough. It all starts off Friday evening with a meet and greet session in the “Meade Room”. This is where all the new comers of the BOD/members get acquainted with National Executives as well as all chapter representatives. The Presidents job that evening will be to make sure that the bar is well stocked for everyone and I will make sure that there is plenty of pizza. The Best Western is also including cheese and cracker tray as well as veggie and dip.
Chris will be setting up the agenda for that weekend but my job is to make sure that the food is looked after. I would like to get everyone’s input on lunch for the Saturday and dinner also. Everyone has different tastes so that is why I am going out to all of you so that I know what your preferences are. The dinner on Saturday night will cost $25.00 per person and MCI will cover the additional expenditure. There will also be a bar during the evening set up for all who want some liquid refreshments.

The approximate cost for the room is just over $100.00 (haven’t been given a price at this time but this is where it is). With your stay there breakfast is included.
