The Annual Meeting is a meeting for our not-for-profit organization that allows us to review the operations of the club and its current status. Financials are reviewed and accessible by every member. Any resolutions requiring a vote are discussed and voted on. In short, every year we must be an open book.There are 24 members of the BOD (Board of directors) this includes; Chairpersons, National Directors (like membership) the NEC (National Executive Committee) which is comprised of the President, VP, Treasurer and Secretary. All MCI members are welcome and encouraged to participate.
